Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, Terrie (Schilke) May was exposed to art from an early age. Painting and competing at shows helped prepare her for what she does now as a hairstylist with several years of experience!

The talent and multifaceted nature of her work can be seen in the shape, color, and design. Her career has allowed her to explore many different media, beginning with watercolors in 2003 and ending up most recently as a member of The Whatcom Art Guild. Additionally, she is an Allied Artist for their artisanal sector; besides this past year's addition - gourd work design 3D!
